The theme of this fair is Holiday Health. We are promoting the Fair as being an ideal place to buy gifts, so keep that in mind when you are deciding what to put on display. Recorded interview opportunity As in previous fairs, there will be the opportunity to be interviewed by Southside Radio. However, this time we are extending that offer. More and more people are placing audio clips on their website. So we are offering the opportunity to have your interview professionally recorded and digitally prepared for publication on your website, for a cost of just £10. If you do not want to place it on your own website, we can host it for you on the Southside Radio website, and you can place a link to that both on your website and in your publicity materials. Great credibility for you, at a VERY low cost! If you want to take advantage, please contact Alex at Southside Radio as soon as possible, as there are a limited number of places available during the day.
We are making a leaflet drop around the hospital and university offices before the fair If you are offering anything which would benefit from pre-booking eg a trial treatment of some sort, we would be happy to publicise it at that time. Please send details to Alex, together with how people should contact you, by 5pm Friday, May 26th at the latest. After-Fair networking event. The Fair will close at 7.00pm, and you should clear your table by 7.15pm. But we are hosting an after-fair networking event with tea-time refreshments for an hour or so after that to allow you to unwind and get to know your fellow exhibitors.
