Terms and conditions of use
- The HAF event runs from 11am to 7pm. Suggested Setup for event is 1 hour before start: no earlier than 9am.
- Tables will be allocated on a first come first serve basis.
- No electrical power is available for tables
- Southside Broadcasting Ltd. or the James Cook University Hospital does not take any responsibility for any damage or loss to equipment/people during the event. Each exhibitor is responsible for their own goods, people and equipment and any damage/loss it may incur before, during and after the event.
- A single table, approx 1.2m x 1.8m (4ft x 6ft) will be available for displays. If exhibitor has booked multiple spaces, tables will become available dependent upon exhibitor's booking requirements.
- Southside Broadcasting Ltd. has the right of refusal/removal of any organisation with no refund.
- Parking is limited to the visitor's car parks. This is a pay and display area.
- Using the main James Cook University Hospital Entrance, turn right and head towards the SOUTH Entrance as marked.
- Be aware that if you have a lot of equipment to unload, you should do it promptly and remove your car. It is suggested that if you do not have much to unload, find a place at the visitor's car park and carry your things through with you.
- Registration implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- Remember this is a hospital and should be treated as such.
